1. Scope of Services

We offer the following categories:

1.1. Professional Services

Legal support and consultancy for entrepreneurial projects delivered by our team of experts.

1.2. Digital Products

Informational resources such as e-courses, guides, and templates provided in a digital format.

1.3. Physical Products

Printed publications and other tangible items distributed via postal services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our professional services, purchasing digital products or physical products, you agree to these Terms.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Methods of payment are listed at checkout.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1. General Refund Conditions

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

4.2. Professional Services

Refunds for canceled services are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. A partial refund equal to 50% of the service fee applies for cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before start date. No refund is available for cancellations within 2 days of the start date due to preparatory work already completed. Alternatively, you may defer the service to a later date at no additional fee if arrangement is made at least 5 days before the original date.

4.3. Digital Products

Full refunds are available if a digital product remains unused and no download or access has occurred. Once the product has been accessed, no refund is permitted. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days.

4.4. Physical Products

Returned goods must be in original condition within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Defective items will be replaced at no cost or refunded in full.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain services, such as one-off legal opinion letters and expedited reviews, require immediate resource allocation. These services are explicitly non-refundable due to the irreversible commitment of expert time and resources. This is necessary to maintain service standards and availability. Details of such services will be clearly labeled at the point of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. The current version will be posted on LawNovaPro.com and effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
